What you decide with this
The month in four numbers
18,420 good parts, OEE at 76.3%, scrap at 2.94% and €38.60 per batch. All four improved on last month: this is where you decide whether the quarter's plan holds or speeds up.
Daily output against target
The target is 875 parts a day, what it takes to reach the month's 18,420 across August's 21 working days. The 6th dropped to 838 and the 27th hit 918, the best of the eight sampled days. The series tells you whether it was one bad day or a line to check before closing the month.
Where the material goes
Welding loses most of the four lines, 302 kg a month between material and rework, and it is the only one where rework nearly matches material — 118 against 184 kg; in paint it is the other way round, more rework than material (96 against 72). Batch A-118 alone accounts for 12.4 kg of scrap, the worst of the five. This is where you decide which line and which batch the process engineer sees first.
When the shift needs backup
Fridays at 12h collect 6 stops a month, the fullest slot in the grid, and by 14h they are down to 5 — the lunch handover shows. Today's stop is already 42 minutes, past the 30-minute threshold: those two figures decide whether you reinforce Friday midday or bring maintenance forward.
